The conditions of your booked room remain unchanged. If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can easily make changes and/or cancellations under "My Bookings." Register with myHOTELDE to see all your bookings in your profile.
We currently offer a variety of the most popular online payment options with the highest security standards, including credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We will continue to expand our offerings in the future.
Regardless of the payment method you choose, your payment is always secure. We act as a payment gateway, meaning your credit card data is not shared with hotels. Your data remains secure with HOTEL DE! Additionally, myHOTELDE offers even more convenience: you can securely store your credit card information in your profile, saving you time on future bookings.
You will receive a booking confirmation email with all important details. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please also check your spam folder. To ensure our messages reach you, you can add the HOTEL DE email address to your address book.
After booking, HOTEL DE will charge your card with the total price of the booking. Further information about your payment can be found in your booking confirmation email.
If your booking has been cancelled, HOTEL DE will immediately initiate a refund. However, the processing time may take 5 to 10 days depending on the bank. For questions, please contact your bank directly.
After the trip
You will receive your invoice directly via email after departure. The email will contain a PDF of your invoice, allowing you to conveniently manage your travel expenses.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. It appears that our hotel partner made an error. Please contact our customer service team first. Send an email to office@hrs.com with the relevant booking number and proof of the double charge attached. This could be a copy of your credit card statement or a screenshot of the payment from your credit card provider. Our team will immediately contact the hotel and arrange the refund for you. The processing time for this refund can take 7 to 10 days depending on the bank.
