If you want to enjoy the country air its best to escape the centre and head south to the Peak District which is only a few miles away and stunning in terms of natural beauty and tranquility. Alternatively you could always try the small but cute surrounding villages such as Wilmslow and Knutsford that are famous for their footballers wives habitants. Both Manchester City FC and Manchester United FC have players who reside in these areas making them very desirable for the wealthy and well serviced by excellent restaurants and bars. Large nightclubs at affordable prices For a great night out you would find it hard to beat the amazing and dazzling night life Manchester has to offer. It is at least on a level with London for nightspots and probably even better if you consider the huge student population and average working person the clubs are budgeted for.
