Simius Apartments are situated  in quiet a area of Villasimius, just 800 metres from the city centre.

All apartments are fully equipped with complete kitchenette, a living room and 1 bathroom. Ground-floor apartments have a garden with or without a patio, while 1st-floor apartments have a balcony.

Beaches are less than 2 km away from the apartments.  During the summer months a free shuttle service to/from the seaside is available for our guests.

The shopping area with restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post office, discos, pharmacies is nearby.

Check-in at the office situated in Via Pascoli 35. A member of our staff will  show you the apartment and will provide you with the keys. The reception office is 3 km from the apartments.
