Just a few kilometres from the famous city of Alghero, at Monte Doglia’s feet, you will find the beautiful bay of Porto Conte, discovered by the Romans and called Portus Nympharum (The bay of the Nymphs) by the geographer Tolomeo, for the beauty and clearness of its waters. Built in 1956 by the illustrious architect Antonio Simon Mossa, who projected the Escala de Cabriol of the Neptun Caves also, the hotel finally reached its splendour after a complete restyling in 2003. Walking through the entrance arches, you will be surprised by the spectacular view of Capo Caccia and by the magic and quiet atmosphere of this place and its surroundings.

From one of the 88 hotel rooms, decorated in a typical Sardinian style, you will experience the sensation of being on a huge boat, anchored and facing the sea. During your stay you can experience the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the surrounding wild nature, its energy, its essence, its soundlessness at only two hours away from the busiest European metropolis.

At the Hotel you can book and arrange wonderful excursions like: by boat to the beautiful Neptun caves, by horse through the dunes of Porto Ferro beach, or trekking to Punta Giglio and to Monte Doglia. You can also visit the natural reserve of Arca di Noè on the Monte Timidone, discovering the wild fauna and flora of this place facing the sea. For sea lovers, diving, windsurfing and other sailing sports are available only a few minutes away from the Hotel.
