The Dunes Hotel Apartments is located in the Al Muhaisnah neighbourhood, just a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport. The hotel is in the right place for business travel or leisure activities.

We offer 77 rooms and all of them are equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, air-conditioning, a trouser press, a safe, a mini-bar, a TV, a telephone, internet access, a radio, coffee making facilities and a balcony.

Unfortunately we do not have a proper restaurant, but if you wish we can recommend some good ones, which are situated nearby the hotel. Instead, our tastefully designed dining area with a massive 12 seat table is at your disposal.

From its world famous souks to the more modern and chic malls, from theme parks to vast expanses of lush green golf courses, pristine beaches to desert safaris, relaxing spas to the bustling night life – Dubai will ensure you an unforgettable time.

A valid ID (Passport/National ID/UAE Drivers License/UAE labour card) is required for check in. Couples and families maybe required to present marriage certificate. Visitors for single guests may only be admitted if they are immediate family members upon presenting a valid photo ID. Credit Card used to make the reservation is required upon check in.
