Positive Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby that are neither overpriced nor tourist traps. Tube station nearby. Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast (organic food). Good and creative ideas for room and hotel (e.g. window blinds, free water, inter Negative Heat/air conditioning unit blowing directly on me (when in bed). Not sure if heating worked, at all (felt like cooling). What's up with that carpet in the bar area? A bit weird...
