Positive Located very close to Times Square which is a lively place during the night. Negative Noisy Air conditioner. It's louvers were not clean . . . it had dust on it.

Positive New restaurant, well maintained and walking distance to the convention center and less than a block to the subway. Negative Should have been concerned when the note offered "complimentary ear plugs". On the 4th floor the trash pick up at 3:00 AM was deafening.
