Positive Did not use Sports/Wellness. Did have lunch and supper on the pool deck. Reception at hotel very good and room available even arriving at 10:30 am. The hotel is very nice, very clean. Negative I would not stay here in future as it is Rio Centro. Carnival was taking place with crowds across the street. Noisy at night. For food, the buffet was good but the eggs were undercooked for us.

Positive Very convenient place, new rooms, nice food Negative It looks very strange that 4* hotel in Sao Paolo for 40Euro per night provides fast free unlimited WiFi Internet access while in this hotel one has to pay for CABLE unlimited Internet access extra 15 USD per day or other choice - 1 USD per 7 min!!!
