Negative Booked reservations on the internet. The Hotel could not find my reservations. Yet I get this rating questionaire from you. There is a problem somewhere....don't you think???

Positive Front desk people were very helpful in getting us a cab to downtown disney. Negative was told it was a king size bed...not much bigger than a double if that.
