Positive Very comfortable bed, ability to darken the room (although I did not find the switch to lower the shutters until too late). Very close to public transportation. Negative Soap was not refilled when it was almost empty; I had to reach into the shower to get soap to wash my hands. I could hear noises form the hall in the night. The room was very cold; I was happy to have a double room with two blankets I could use.

Positive The bed is comfortable and the room can be made very dark, which is great if you're sensitive to light when trying to sleep. The staff was friendly and they brought an extra pillow up to my room when I asked for it. Also, there was no extra blanket in the closet; this would have prevented turning up the thermostat and wasting electricity. Breakfast was so-so and items were not

Positive We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, but could have been cleaned better. Noticed dust behind the raditor in the bathroom and the headboard needing dusting. Negative Breakfast could have have had a better selection. Breakfast was served from 0700 to 1000. If one arrived for breakfast at 0900 some of the food was finished and not replaced. Positive Great location - close to public transportation, Lake Constance, and grocery. Quiet and comfortable room. The room stayed very dark with the shutter down. Negative Each bed had just one flat pillow. I was alone in a double room, so I could use both pillows, but I would ask for an extra one if I were in a single room. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.
