Villa Guarnaschelli is a Tuscan Villa on the hills overlooking Florence dating back to the 17th century, located about at 13 km from Florence.

It is encircled by a Park, olive trees and typical Tuscan countryside. Here you can see the oil-press where was extracted the oil by millstone. There is a splendid and picturesque view seen from the old Tower. It offers a relaxing stay, an ideal environment, an excellent link to the Highway and you can reach easily Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa and Chianti. Very appreciated is also the buffet breakfast made of homemade cakes and biscuits, local cheeses and sliced cold pork meats, yoghurt, fresh fruit.
The Villa Guarnaschelli features 18 renovated guest rooms. Tastefully decorated, they are quite basic and simple, but are functional and comfortable. Amenities include television, telephone, safe, private bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Toilet facilities for the disabled are available on each floor.

Positive Nice view from the grounds. Great value for money. A five minute drive gets you to a rapid transit train that goes to the center of Florence. Great pricing on room and wine. Negative Not easy to find.

Positive Very beautiful location. We felt like we were "staying tuscany". Great views!! 15 minute drive from downtown. Super parking! The internet was down so Giovani on the night shift let us use his personal computer to check e-mail. He was fantastic and s Negative Very difficult to find the Villa. The street was not in the GPS. Do your map homework if you plan to drive. The day staff does not speak english but it wasn't an issue for us.

Positive Beautiful villa that makes you feel like you're way out in the hills of Tuscany, but really you're just a hop away from Florence. The villa is on very pretty grounds that you can walk around. The staff were very kind. Negative Staff does not speak English, but certainly did their best and we had not troubles communicating.
