Positive Great location in PORTO if you visit the city, museums, and direct bus to the train station so it's easy to visit other towns around. Negative The hotel is far from the beach, if you go during summer and wish to go to the Ocean but I didn't go to PORTO for the beach so for me the location and the hotel were PERFECT.
