Hotel Houten is one of the newest developments from the Van der Valk hotels and restaurants. Centrally located along motorway A27 and nearby the centre of Utrecht. Most striking and surprising is the form of the building, a tower of 60 meters high, but also inside many new ideas have been processed with a luxurious radiation.
Deluxe rooms are equipped with all conveniences, such as a twin bed, desk, internet access, flat-screen, fridge, airconditioning, safe, direct dial phone and hair dryer. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool and separate rain shower.
Whether you just order finger food, or more substantial culinary delights from our à la carte menu: at Hotel Houten food is our passion. Our young and talented kitchen team regularly adds seasonal specialties to the menu but even our 'standard fare' encompasses a wide selection of classical French meat dishes, refined fish recipes, refreshing salads, and our signature dish: a 'Surf & Turf' of juicy tenderlion steak and half a lobster thermidor served on a creamy cognac sauce.
