Positive Easy to find and good for car parking Negative Price for single person using half of water usage and half of linen, is always too high. I would not mind a smaller room for one person but these do not appear to exist.

Positive The hotel is in a good central location Negative The room had 2 single beds and I had been expecting a king sized bed. There was no air conditioning so the room was uncomfortably hot. The walls were bare except for 1 picture on the wall. There were no bedside cabinets. It was the bleakest room I have

Negative Fire alarm went off at 05.30 am. Guests made their way to muster points. No fire wardens present. 101 rooms and only night manager present. Health and safety audit needs to take place.

Positive very spacious room. Negative not sure why they gave us the room dor easy access disabled person. We found it very difficult to use the wash basis, too low. very surprised for a large room there were no bedside tables.
