Positive Room price was £34. Cheapest for what we required. Spacious room. Fairly priced food. Negative Had to pay £8 parking. Walls very thin. Any movement in the hall would rattle the room. Could hear every word of anyone close. Room was warm and the window doesn't open at all. Didn't get much sleep from being too hot plus drunk guests having an argument

Positive Not much to be honest. Check-in staff remarked on how surprised they were that the room was £109, normal costs were much lower. The cab driver could not find the hotel, it cost me £20 to get to from Terminal 5. Only positive was the late check in and Negative The sewage smell in the bathroom was truly disgusting. The room was too expensive, but at least it was clean.

Negative Hallway dirty bedsheets in hall dirty dishes. Black bags. Room lights flickering and not working. Room dim bathroom had insects in it.
