We invite you to stay in our historic Neo Renaissance villa, built in 1893 for the great opera singer Therese Malten.
The listed Therese-Malten-Villa at the Elbe River in the Dresden district Kleinzschachwitz impresses by its façade in Neo Renaissance style and well-kept interior with original ceiling paintings.
The hosts, a Dresden family, live in this building and offer accommodations in 5 different guest rooms and an apartment which are all decorated with antique and new furnishing. A room with open fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen are also offered to the guests.
We shall be pleased to arrange an individual guided tour to ensure that you can experience all interesting sights of Dresden. You may also enjoy a steamboat tour on the Elbe River. Spend a pleasant evening on the balcony or in the wide garden with view to the Elbe River and the Pillnitz Castle. You may also indulge in our fire place lounge on cold days.
The room price includs the use of the guest kitchen and the room with a fireplace. Rooms with a view to the river and family rooms on request. Please contact the hotel before arrival concerning your arrival time. ++++ Attention: The city of Dresden charges an overnight stay tax on the room accommodation rate from 01.07.2015, which needs to be paid by the guests.
