Positive Service - good Negative Room - very old & noisy ! Banging when I arrived in the afternoon, after a flight until 6pm ! I just wanted to rest but couldn't ! Room needs updating - old & unfashionable, especially bathroom !

Positive The hotel meanwhile looks "worn out" , the rooms are no longer made as it used to be and often the staff is more busy with themselves.

Positive Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room, clean with lots of space and enough plugs to charge laptop, phone, and iPad. Convenient work desk in room also. Up to Westin standards - would reccoment if you need to stay near DFW. Good wiFi connection. Negative A/C unit was a bit loud, but no more so than at most hotels in the USA.
