Positive Location Negative Would not recommend. Bathroom smelled like vomit. Told reception to ask to be moved the next night, never came back to me. Noise level average, quite noisy close to buffet room. Finally sub floor level. Cleanliness bad with sheets dirty too.

Positive Location for Paddington is good but still 5 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and competent. Negative The smallest room I have ever had. The bed did just about fit in, but no desk and no room to move. The shower curtain could not be closed when in the shower due to the amount of room.

Positive Receptionist couldn't find my booking. I assume that it had something to do with information processing between hotel.info and the hotel. I had to wait for 20 - 30 minutes to check-in. However. the receptionist was calm and reliable. Negative No particular negatives.
