Positive Location was very good. Negative Hotel is tired & stuffy. Threadbare carpet on stairs. Over heard a member of staff telling another he was bored. Staff not overly friendly. Did not ask if we'd enjoyed our stay. Noisy generator going off from about 6am.

Positive Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly. Bar area was lovely (excellent cocktails!!). Room was lovely, very clean, very comfy bed. The restaurant looked lovely and menu looked very good, although we had other arrangements so didnt eat there. 5 minut Negative Felt the bathroom (shower mainly) could be updated. Not sure if same in all rooms though. Was £18.95 extra pp to get breakfast with room. I felt the amount that was being spent ready, could have really included breakfast.
