Positive Faster and cheapest access to the airport by Nankai train. Very near the tourist info center. Near famous food district of Dotomburi and shopping areas nearby. Rooms are big enough for Japanese standards. Takashiyama department store is a walk a way. Negative Very underground long walk coming from JR Namba station. Lobby is located at the 6th floor of which one needs to take two elevators coming from the ground floor. Price still a bit high compared to other hotels outside namba area though.

Positive Very friendly professional staff who went above and beyond what we expected from the hotel. Nothing was a problem for them, very courteous Negative Food was overpriced for what it was, a better deal can be found in nearby restuarants
