Positive Good central location, clean and modern rooms that are comfortable. Negative Here's the deal breaker. If you are assigned the room that faces the street with street cars (regardless of how high up you are), you will NOT get any sleep. You will here the cars until 12:30am, and be awoken at 6am. It is as loud as a jack-hammer beside

Positive Studio rooms are large and have a decent view onto the city. Located relatively close to public transportation and quite a few restaurants (North Beach) are in walking distance. Negative Windows didn't shut tightly, which resulted in more street noises filtering into the room at night.

Positive Good location Negative I had a room right next to the cable car line therefore it was very loud in my room. Other than that in the room descriprion there was a shuttle service to the SAP office mentioned which isn't the case and was very unfortunate!!

Positive Great, safe location Negative Valet parking is required and at a rate of $46 a day. Internet connectivity was not available during upgrade during stay.
