Positive This Hotel is located in a very nice building in the historic center of Montreal. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. The rooms are clean and the mattress was good, The fitness room is small, but contains everything one needs for a workout Negative I personally found the breakfast a bit overpriced and the variety is not what you expect from a four star Hotel. Staying nearly two weeks it was hard to find something new as the offering was exactly the same every day. The noise level is high as Montrea

Negative During check-out I came to know that I have used a mini bar item. However I was sure that I have not used any item from the mini bar. This raises suspicion on the room service members. The management has to fix this issue.
