Positive Location. Negative The staff were very rude, the breafast was bad by prison standards, we received no room service, and it was noisy.

Positive 24 h service at the reception. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. The room was tidy and cleaned every day. The hotel is very close to Montmartre and a huge supermarket is at the end of the street. Negative TV runs in the breakfast room run 24h 7 days. It was very disturbing. Breakfast is to less and to expensive. The overnight staff does not speak English very well.

Positive The hotel is really beautifull with a lots of shops near to it. The breakfast is good Negative There is no elevator and the zone may seem dangerous, but it s really controlled and safe

Positive The hotel is conveniently situated (although not central) close to Gare du Nord metro station. We found the family room clean and comfortable and convenient for a family with young children. The staff was friendly and provided us with the necessary inform Negative The family room we occupied was situated on the 3rd floor which was not ideal for a family with luggage since there is no lift in the hotel and luggage had to be carried up the narrow stair case.

Positive Great Location, very close to Metro train station staff very helpfull and the room is small but very new and does the job. Negative no lift but not many floors so no issue
