The radio in each of the rooms not only offers in-room entertainment but on it you can also check the news and weather. You'll find a kitchenette, a microwave and a refrigerator in our rooms. Put in your favourite movie in your room's DVD-player. Our clientele are invited to use the state-of-the-art fitness room. Our Residence offers free access to WIFI and to the fitness room. This accomodation is an unsmoking hotel For every stay under 7 days, cleaning fee are not included in the price. You have to pay 10 euro for a studio apartment and 20 euro for a flat.
