Ideally located in a shopping area, the Residhome Valenciennes du Theatre is just a few minutes from th Phenix theatre and near the Museum of Flemish Arts and Nungesse Stadium.
Residhome Valenciennes du Theatre offers 71 studios ready-to-live-in, combined with personalized hotel services. All studios are equipped with a sofa bed, desk with flat screen TV and safe. There is also a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop and cooking utensils. The bathrooms are all equipped with bathtub (hairdryer on request).
