Today it resembles a pilgrimage site for epicureans. In his kitchen the chef and his team of 20 cooks create delicate dishes, which melt in the guests’ mouths. The cellar offers about 25.000 bottles of wine, including very precious and rare Châteaux wines like Latour and Lafite. The oldest vintage wine is from the year 1874.
