Positive closely located to Ratingen down-town (just a 5-10 minutes walk) and good connections to Duesseldorf Airport or train stations. Negative the hotel doesn't have any air condition in the guest rooms. during hot summer days the temperature in the room is very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend to book again during summer season.

Positive Staff is really friendly and trying their best. SPA Area ist nice compared to the rest Negative Rooms are very small, A/C or heating not working well. Interieur is 1980 style and completely outdated. Neighbourhood is dull. WiFi is too slow

Positive good distance to the city, big room, good bed, very friendly staff Negative worst morning coffee ever, no option to charge my devices once the light is down, as there was only one socket with energy but under the desk and not at the bed, low water pressure for the hand washing, high price for the list above
