A luxury Bed and Breakfast. Rectory Farm, conveniently placed 2 miles from Cambridge city centre, is surrounded by 50 acres of private fields and woods. A few minutes by car, or a 40-minute walk, will take you to the magnificent Kings College, punting on the river and the delightful 'backs'.

Rectory Farm is set in 50 acres of meadow grassland. The HOUSE, set in a beautiful, mature two-acre garden, provides a friendly, high-quality bed and breakfast. The CHALET, our brand new development of 10 high quality apartments that can be used on either a bed and breakfast or self-catering basis. The LODGE, an older style property, provides value-for-money accommodation for up to 6 people. You can plan your WEDDING reception at Rectory Farm too.

Guests have the use of a tennis court (all year) and heated outdoor pool (summer). Easy access to the City centre by Park & Ride, Bicycle or on Foot, Rectory Farm is also easy to get to being located close to the Motorway. Car parking is free.

Breakfast not included - A generous continental or cooked breakfast are available at an extra charge.

HOUSE DOUBLE - Standard Double bedrooms are light and spacious with king-size, or super king-size. En suite bath or shower room with views of the gardens and pastures. If you require a twin bed please contact Rectory Farm directly.

HOUSE SUITE - large, light and spacious with king-size bed and double sofa bed. Views to the South, West and North over the the lovingly tended gardens. Huge bay window. En suite bath/shower room.

THE LODGE - 3 bed Older style but comfortable bungalow. Private garden. 100m from main House. 2 double, 1 twin room, family bath/shower room, lounge. Use of facilities at the main House including a further lounge, bar. Lots of space and character. Use of the Kitchen is not included.

THE LODGE DOUBLE - Included in this special, promotional rate is the use of 1 bedroom, either a double or twin room. There is also a family bath/shower, large lounge and dining room table and chairs. Use of facilities at the main House including a further lounge and honesty bar. Lots of space and character. Use of the Kitchen is not included. You will have sole use of The Lodge during your stay.

CHALET - The bedrooms are

new with super king or king, ensuite bath or shower room, desk and meadow views. Access to beautiful, two acre gardens and fifty acres of meadows. If you require a twin bed please contact Rectory Farm directly.

CHALET SUITE - Large, light, spacious. Super-King or King bed, double sofa bed in lounge. Ground floor. En suite bath/shower. Meadow views. Kitchen excluded. Positive Beautiful setting although close to the m11 there was very little noise. Great close proximity to Cambridge as well.

Positive Traditional cottage, with a very nice garden. Friendly staff. Negative Rooms are a little bit noisy: first the M1 is very close, and you can also hear noise from the other rooms.
