Surrounded by the impressive mountain panorama the exceptional chalet resort embeds perfectly into the landscape. This unique location, within spitting distance to the base station Rothorn Bahn with direct connection to the ski slopes will amaze you.

87 spacious chalet-style apartments (from 50 m2 to 143 m2), spread over 10 buildings connected underground, and 3 chalets, each with a 3 - and 4-bedroom apartment (between 112 m2 and 133 m2) convince with their contemporary decor, combined with traditional alpine chic. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. Cosy living room with fireplace or wood burner, flat-screen TV with multimedia entertainment system and a balcony or terrace is welcoming you. From the underground car park the elevator will take you directly to your apartment. Each apartment has a separate bedroom and a majority of it is equipped with its own washing machine / dryer and a private sauna. The entire complex includes our complimentary WIFI.

The resort infrastructure includes a restaurant, in which not only the cuisine is in the foreground, but also to socialize and share the experience. In our restaurants, PRIVÀ Steiva and PRIVÀ Ustereia YOU enjoy daily fresh dishes made from regional and seasonal products.

Relax, have fun, be active, be found to be - the swimming pool. Located directly on the natural pond, it offers a beautiful view of the Grisons mountains and sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy. The modern gym inspires joyful thrilled with the latest equipment.

Especially for children and young people, the private Alpine Lodge offers a special environment. In addition to the Grisons forests and meadows the highlight of the resort are the barbecue place in the lodge, the playground and various activities for children and young people. Our professionally trained team looks after the little ones from 2 years in their own children's club. In winter, they can enjoy themselves in the own ski children's area of the resort. The official Swiss Ski and Snowboard School offers not only the little ones classes right in the chalet resort also teenagers and adults find their class on-site at the resort. Centrally located in the village square our sports shop carries a wide selection of sporting goods and rents them also. Whether golf equipment, bicycles and skis; many options are available.
