Housed in an Art-Nouveau building in Beyoğlu, we are a unique and small establishment with a total of 10 rooms. Portus House Istanbul is in the heart of the city, where the historic Stamboul shakes hands with the new modern part of the city.
With this strategic position you will be just a few steps from the second oldest subway system in the world, the historical Tünel, as well as the state-of-the-art tram on the Galata bridge, first conceptualized by Leonardo DaVinci.
While strolling through the ancient streets by the sea port, we stumbled upon this building and knew right away that visitors, who like to get the best of both worlds, will love this magical place just as we did.
This truthfully renovated 1932 compile with high ceilings provides comfortable rooms that are designed to keep our guests safe and cozy. All rooms are air conditioned and individually tailored towards our guest’s needs, with the concept of creating a home like feeling.
