Das "Melia Palacio da Lousa Boutique Hotel", ehemals bekannt als "Palacio da Viscondessa do Espinhal (XVIII)", ist das erste Melia Boutique Hotel in Portugal und befindet sich im Zentrum der portugiesischen Stadt Lousa. Das palastähnliche, unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude, beherbergte einst den bekannten Herzog von Wellington nach der siegreichen Schlacht von "Foz de Arouce", im Jahr 1811. Heute kombiniert das Haus den prunkvollen Stil einer längst vergangenen Zeit mit dem hohen Komfortstandard eines modernen Hotels.
Das Hotel verfügt über 46 Zimmer. Die Inneneinrichtung aller Räume kombiniert die historische Atmosphäre mit dem Hauch der Moderne. Jeder Raum ist mit Bad, WC, Haartrockner, Safe, Minibar, Satellitenfernsehen, Telefon, Internetzugang und weiteren Komfortmerkmalen ausgestattet. Nichtraucherzimmer und behindertengerechte Räume sind auf Wunsch ebenfalls verfügbar.
Die prunkvollen Konferenzräume der oberen Etage bieten eine majestätische Atmosphäre und sorgen für ein repräsentatives Umfeld.
