Positive The staff services are very professional. Installations very good and the shuttle service in the early morning at the hotel was very ponctual . Negative In our arrival at Malpensa airport the shuttle service point was not easily find and well defined at the airport. We had to telephone to the hotel and wait for more or less 20 minutes waiting and during that time more people came and we were more than cou

Positive Convenient for transit at MXP. Clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Negative Free shuttle service from MXP is not well announced and I had to call the hotel where I can catch the shuttle. (It may also be the negative of MXP itself, but no information even on the hotel's web.) Wi-fi connection seems relatively high cost.
