Negative They provide a free shuttle to Canary Wharf. I was waiting 40 min because the driver decided to hide and play with his cell phone instead of picking me up. when I finally found him in the garage he told me he's only leaving when people approach him.

Positive Hotel was very nice and close to public transport. Although very close to the airport, the room was quiet. Hotel staff extremely helpful with my issue. Negative Hotelbooker.org was not helpful with my issue - they wrongly charged me £234 and did not take responsibility for their mistake. They failed doing their job as a travel agency. I will never use hotelbooker.org aigain.

Positive Nice room and view. Negative TV with minimal number of chains, only the boring ones. Noise from planes landing at the City Airport. Unusually small side-entrance. Not enough space for storage of luggage at the lobby. No light at the bed to read.
