Positive Good location, the room is very nice and good services. Good Wifi and cable. Very nice mattress. Negative The hotel area isn't safe for walking, the bathrooms could be better - you can see the apparent ceiling structure, which is both unsafe and unclean.

Positive Nice friendly place, was some noise in room but they were finishing some refirb work.Staff were very good and helpfullI have stayed at other Campinas hotels, this is the best and will stay here next time. I cannot comment on fitness ( i dont use a gym) bu Negative Airconditioning in room could do with being a little more powerfull. avoid room next to lifts (but thats the same in all hotels!)
