Mouldy in shower, hair on back of toilet, carpet not hoovered. Clearly not long enough taken for a thorough clean after last guests. Let hotel down, as nicely decorated room .

Negative Not being able to contact reception from the out barrier when the card they gave me to exit the car park did not work. Had to reverse and cause hassle to other drivers as you could not contact anyone.
