Positive The shuttle from and to airport and Lufthansa Base at free of charge is really convenient for those who need to go to LHT everyday. The shuttle driver on weekdays was also friendly and talkative. Staffs at the front desk are also nice too. They provide a Negative The hotel and room is relative old to be honest. And the heater in the room made my face and skin very dry and uncomfortable.

Positive The Hotel is well located with a bus and subway station closeby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and water available. Negative The furniture is a bit old school but once you got used to that the rooms are nice.
