Le César Hotel in Provin ist ein Designhotel und seit April 2012 geöffnet. Die 27 Zimmer können alle als Zweibettzimmer genutzt werden. Sie sind mit Bad (italienische) Duschen, separaten WCs, Fön und Safe ausgestattet, sowie Flatscreen TV und Klimaanlage. Das Hotel ist ein Nichtraucherhotel.
Es gibt eine große Lobby mit Bar und Frühstücksraum. Wir haben ebenfalls einen sehr hübschen Innenhof, der im Sommer als Bar genutzt wird. Es gibt einen kleinen Wellness-Bereich im Hotel; Massagen und diverse andere Behandlungen sind auf Terminvereinbarung möglich.
Das Hotel hat ebenfalls einen eignen, geschlossenen Parkplatz (etwa 100 vom Hotel).
Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum der "Unterstadt", hier ist alles bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen:die Markthallen, zahlreiche kleine Boutiquen und Restaurants sind etwa 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.
Provins selbst liegt im Südosten von Paris, etwa 80 km von Paris entfernt. Es gibt Züge ab Gare de l'Est (1 Zug in der Stunde) , Fahrtzeit ist etwa 1,30 Std.
Am praktischsten ist die Anreise mit dem Auto, denn obwohl man in Provins alles zu Fuß erledigen kann, lohnen sich Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
Provins gehört zum Weltkulturerbe der Unesco und die Oberstadt ist noch fast vollständig von den Stadtmauern umgeben. Im Sommer ist die Oberstadt autofrei. Es gibt einen Parkplatz am Fremdenverkehrsamt und ab da erkundet man alles zu Fuß.
Provins ist auch eine Rosenstadt: ein Graf der Champagne brachte einst den ersten Rosenstock von einem Kreuzzug aus Damaskus mit. Es gibt einen sehr interessanten Rosengarten, sowie den Jardin Garnier, der im 19. Jhdt. von einem wohlhabenden Industriellen angelegt wurde.
Kurtaxe: 1,10€ pro Person/Nacht. Im Frühstücksraum mit der grünen Wand erwartet Sie ein kontinentales Büffet. Die Bar lädt zum Entspannen ein, bein schönem Wetter im Innenhof des Hotels. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig). Im Wellnessbereich des Hotels sind Massagen und diverse andere Behandlungen auf Terminvereinbarung möglich.
