Thanks to the agreement with ESPA – Ducasse was introduced to L’Andana’s innovative concept of SPA Gourmand: ESPA treatments are combined with a selection of desserts and herbal teas made with the herbs grown within the Badiola Estate to provide the guests with an extraordinary sensory experience to enhance the five senses. The signature restaurant, La Trattoria Toscana, is located in the Badiola Estate’s ancient granary, was awarded with its first Michelin star in 2007 and offers a unique opportunity to taste the dishes of 'Ducasse’s school.
