Positive I've long been familiar with the Okura chain as a former long-term resident of Tokyo. My big surprise and dissappointment with this stay was the truly offensive charge of y310 for in room coffee--one cup/add water. Breakfast and other restaurant prices ha Negative I wrote both above.
