Opened to the public in 2005, the Kempinski Hotel Dalian (Dalian Kaibinsiji Fandian) is situated in a prime location close to the famous 'Qing Ni Wa' commercial district, opposite to Labor Park, the largest park in the city.
It is only 5 minutes drive from the Dalian Railway Station and 20 minutes drive from the Dalian International Airport. It comprises a 25-storey deluxe Grand Wing and a 31-storey standard Park Wing
The Kempinski Hotel Dalian has 400 well-appointed rooms and suites. All the 149 spacious rooms in the Grand Wing are equipped with LCD screen TVs and bathroom facilities imported from Switzerland. Rooms in the hotel have either a view of Labor Park or of the city.
An Executive Lounge is available on the 22nd floor and provides a modern city view, serving breakfast, all-day refreshments, coffee, tea and evening coktails. A computer workstation is designed especially for all business executives staying on the Executive Floor.
The hotel offers a total of over 1000 square meters of meeting and banquet space including a 580 square meter ballroom divisible into three sections, along with 8 other function rooms of various dimensions.
