Positive The bathroom was quite new and there was no issue with water temperature and water pressure. Some service staff at the reception were really good - like the lady from Mexico - she was very helpful and friendly and you really felt like she cared for you. Negative In the bathroom, I would have liked to see a few basic services provided like: cotton buds for ears, maybe a tooth brush, some tooth paste and maybe a comb. What would have been nice is to also have some glasses in the bathroom. There were only 2 plastic

Negative Hotel is dirty, smelly, old (pictures attached to the hotel offer seems to be taken long time ago). I do not recommend this hotel.
