Negative I was extremely unhappy that on both of my stays here my room was booked through my company, yet on one stay I had to put the whole charge on my personal account and on the other the reception were happy to charge it to the company card it had been booked

Positive Good location. Negative The air conditioning was broken in my room, despite multiple attempts to get receptiopn staff to fix it the fixed temp was 25 degrees. Too hot to sleep in.

Positive Close to center Negative very bad value for money, room was small, not very clean. The room was non-smoking & there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. Would never stay here again. Recommendation is one star just because the site would not allow me to give none!!!!!

Positive Agneszka the receptionist is very kind and helpful Negative "Recycled" jam at the breakfast. Someone had eaten the half of the one person portion, but it was put back in the buffet. Food should not be wasted, but an open packing is less than acceptable.

Negative Our room was separated from the next room only by a double door. We heard every word of our neighbors and their TV although I am sure they weren't unreasonably loud. Still it was loud and irritating enough so that I could fall asleep only with ear plugs
