Positive The central telephone booking proceedure was excellant and the operator very helpful. Negative -On arrival one of the hotel receptionists was not very friendly and quite abrupt. My party consisting of 5 adults and one baby had travelled through terrible weather for 7 hours and we felt more like a hindrance than guests. -Not enough pillows in room
