Positive Great location. Back of the hotel is very quiet. Clean. Written complaint about long wait at check-in desk was promplty answered by Ibis with a promise of improvement. Negative Check-in is manned by one person who is also responsible for answering the phone. It talk around 30 minutes to check-in at 4pm. At 8 the next morning we gave up waiting to buy breakfast coupons and went to the cafe next door which gave a better breakfast

Positive Friendly supportive personal, good breakfast buffet and clean rooms. As it is placed very central it is a perfect place as a base to explore the city. Directly infront of the Hotel is even a good Italien restaurant and others aren't that far of. Negative The internal parking place is really only for city car size and not for regular middle class limousines and isn't very cheap neither. Also in the days of free WiFi at MC Do. & Co. the price for the hotel internet connection seems a bit steep.

Positive clean and friendly hotel Negative Hotel Carpark is charged extra and quite expensive and for normal cars only. Not suitable for vans. Note: an alternative: there are some parking spaces just round the corner (small parking fee as from 9am). Also: we found 14 Euros per person for breakfast
