Positive Excellent location, staff were wonderful, able to provide all information requested and more. Very warm hotel ran in a very ship shape manner allowing every aspect for guests to feel relaxed. Will definitely recommend. Negative It was a little noisey, this was inevitable considering it’s very accessible location

Negative Broken window - rally very,very poor - dirty and saturated. Wobbly and squeaky bed, unsuitable really for use. Front of hotel looks as if it will collapse sooner or later. Generally a dated and shabby hotel.

Positive The Hotel itself was very good Negative A couple of points. Firstly I am a blue badge holder and was not amused at having to pay £3 to park in the yard. Secondly I found the stairs very difficult - I am disabled, and found the last few stairs where there was no Bannister rather a trial.
