Positive Very friendly and polite service. Great central location in Reading. The historical style specially the courtyard of the hotel is very apprechiated. (As well that the world cup final was showed at the courtyard :-) ) Negative One small issue: The street in front of the hotel is obviously prohibited for privat cars. So it is a little difficult to get in front of the hotel with the car for unloading the luggage. Maybe a hint in the booking confirmation avoids catching a ticket

Negative Das schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je gewesen bin. Kein Parkplatz, Innenstadt - 15 Minuten Gehweg zu einem öffentlichen Parkhaus. Hotelerstattung 1 GBP. Kein Aufzug (entgegen der Beschreibung), 7 morschige und enge Holztreppen und Labyrinth bis zum Zimmer.
