Positive Good location, friendly staff, the guests of the hotel were a good mix (mostly families, tourists and some business people) Negative Terrible noise, to a point where I would not recommend this hotel for business usage and especially not when coming with jet lag from Europe! Some of our group's rooms were not clean (dead cockroach!). The Women in the group did not feel safe in the room

Positive I cannot judge this hotel, since somehow it turned out they do not have my reservation in the system. They were able to arrange one in the Eurostars hotel though. Negative same above - and it goes to negative as well, it is not a nice feeling when you arrive after the whole day trip just to learn you have to move again...
