 Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

 

Amenities include a modern gymnasium 'Slim and Trim' which is located on the 1st floor of Al Rawda Arjaan, in addition to providing an access to a private beach at a nominal fee. Important Note: Starting from 1st of June 2016 your stay is subject to an additional Municipality Fee being AED 15 per room per night.
