Positive Diego, who spòke English very well was Terrific!! He arranged a taxi to the airport for me and helped with information on getting to the bus station to take the but to Vina Del Mar. Negative My room was dirty and in need of repair, especially the wall paper. The noise from the "pub" next door travels up the air well and my last day here I ended up sleeping in the hallway on a sofa to get to sleep!! Also, there was no hot water in the hotel t

Positive Staff did everything right...excellent counter staff Negative No bloody airconditioning...you have got to be joking in summer. THis was never said! Beds were hard and creaky. Hotel needs a lot of money spent on it. Little things but especially in the rooms.
