Positive Very helpful front-desk staff and rapid response to requests. Excellent view and location. I am a platinum level Priority Club member and was upgraded to room with balcony which made view even better and room passable. Overall, I have been disappointed by Negative Small bathroom. Old furniture and not good cleaning. No double bed but two singles drawn toether. Dining room was booked for private party but menu at bar very limited. No minibar. No milk available for tea/coffee in the room. No fresh bread available at
